Steel pipe shot blasting cleaning machine is a combination cleaning machine that cleans the inner and outer walls of steel pipes. The outer surface of the steel pipe is cleaned by shot blasting, and the inner surface is cleaned by shot blasting to remove all oxide skin on the surface. The steel pipe shot blasting machine mainly utilizes the high-speed shot flow thrown by an efficient and powerful shot blasting machine to strike the surface and inner cavity of the rotating workpiece located inside the chamber, removing other sticky sand, rust layer, welding slag, oxide skin and other debris, so as to obtain a fine and smooth surface. It improves the adhesion between the paint film and the surface of the steel, enhances the fatigue strength and corrosion resistance of the steel, improves the internal quality of the steel, and extends its service life.
